14th Annual Mother's Day Six Hour Walk/Run
Sunday May 11, 2008
Bradley Palmer State Park, Topsfield, Mass.
9:00am start This is a fundraiser for Breast Cancer.
$20 entry fee. Entrants are also encouraged to collect sponsor pledges.
T-shirts for all entrants. Event is run on a three-mile loop of trails.
Food and drinks will be provided at the start/finish area.

8th Annual Stone Cat 50 Mile and Marathon Trail Races

A lot more fun than Bear Mountain!
Doyon School, 283 Linebrook Road, Ipswich, Mass.
6:15am start
Proceeds to benefit Ipswich Schools and Willowdale State Forest and Bradley Palmer State Park
There will be no raceday entry. Applications close October 15. Each race has a cap of 150 runners.
All entrants will receive goody bags and all finishers will receive a desirable way cool finishers wearable.
All double track, with some single track, trail in Willowdale Forest on a 12.5 mile loop. The course is very runnable but is rocky in spots (but nothing like that Bear Mountain goat path course) and some sections contain many roots. The terrain is rolling.
There will be at least three aid stations.

11th Annual Fat Ass 50K Race

Bradley Palmer State Park, Topsfield, Mass.
The Fat Ass Fifty will be in Bradley Palmer State Park again this year. The race will begin at 9:00 AM and will start at the Park Rangers main garage.
6.2 mile loop - run it one to five times.
Anyone who wants to help early please arrive between 7 and 7:30.    No entry fee - please bring something to eat or drink for the aid table!
No advance registration required - register at start betwen 8 and 9 AM.
